About the Instructor
Dr. Robin Chester, Ph.D., LPC, MHSP, ADHD-CCSP
Dr. Robin Chester is a licensed mental health professional, clinical counselor, and author with over 30 years of experience serving children, adolescents, adults, families, medical clinics, and high-acuity environments. His work spans emergency shelters, behavioral schools, maximum-security correctional facilities, outpatient clinics, pediatric practices, and private telehealth.
Dr. Chester is the creator of the Multidimensional Approach to Therapy (MAT) — a clinical and spiritually integrative framework designed to help individuals, couples, leaders, clinicians, and institutions understand the full complexity of human development and healing across five domains: physical, cognitive, emotional, social, and spiritual.
He is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Mental Health Service Provider, ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider, and a trained ADOS (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) evaluator. His approach blends neuroscience, developmental psychology, trauma-informed care, faith-based insight, and practical therapeutic tools that clients and practitioners can use immediately.
As co-owner of Tree of Life Counseling & Consulting Services and as founder of Tree of Life Publishing, Dr. Chester develops manuals, courses, devotionals, and professional training programs that equip clinicians, educators, pastors, couples, leaders, and institutions with accessible, structured, and transformational tools for lifelong growth.
