TREE OF LIFE PUBLISHING – REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: Immediately

At Tree of Life Publishing, we want you to feel confident when investing in our educational, professional development, and personal growth materials. Please review this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing.

  1. Digital Products and Online Courses

Because digital products, online courses, downloadable materials, and educational content are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately after purchase, all purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the digital content has been provided.

However, Tree of Life Publishing may offer a refund at its discretion when exceptional circumstances apply.

MAT Certified Practitioner™ Course

For the Multidimensional Approach to Therapy (MAT) Certified Practitioner™ Course, a refund may be requested only up until the end of Module 1.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The refund request must be submitted before the participant completes Module 1.

  • The request must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

  • Once Module 1 has been completed, the participant is no longer eligible to request a refund.

  • Refund requests submitted after the completion of Module 1 will not be eligible for consideration.

  • Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Because the course provides immediate access to proprietary educational materials, course content, videos, assessments, and downloadable resources, refund eligibility ends upon completion of Module 1.

  1. Course Completion and Certification

Purchasing or completing the MAT Certified Practitioner™ Course does not guarantee certification, professional licensure, employment, income, client outcomes, or any particular professional or personal result.

Where certification requires completion of specified course requirements, assessments, or other criteria, a refund will not be provided solely because a participant does not complete, pass, or qualify for certification.

  1. Payment Plans

If you purchase a course through an installment or payment plan, the same refund period and eligibility requirements apply.

For the MAT Certified Practitioner™ Course, the refund request must be submitted before the participant completes Module 1.

A refund, when approved, applies only to payments that are eligible under this policy. Where a refund is approved, Tree of Life Publishing may cancel future scheduled installments associated with that purchase.

Simply stopping or cancelling a payment does not constitute a refund request or cancel an outstanding payment obligation. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Tree of Life Publishing.

  1. Books and Physical Products

For physical products, including books, journals, and other shipped materials, refund or replacement eligibility may depend on the condition of the item and the circumstances of the request.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery and provide your order information and, where applicable, photographs of the item.

Approved returns or replacements will be handled according to the circumstances of the order.

  1. Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of downloadable products, digital downloads are generally non-refundable once the download or access has been provided, except where required by applicable law or where Tree of Life Publishing determines that an exception is appropriate.

  1. No Refund Based on Expected Results

Tree of Life Publishing does not guarantee specific personal, therapeutic, professional, spiritual, educational, financial, or clinical outcomes from the use of its materials or courses.

Refunds will not be granted solely because a purchaser:

  • did not achieve a particular personal or professional outcome;

  • did not experience the results they expected;

  • decided the material was not suitable for their individual needs;

  • did not complete the course;

  • did not pass an assessment or meet certification requirements; or

  • expected the materials to provide mental health treatment or professional services.

As stated in our Disclaimer, MAT materials are provided for educational, personal development, and spiritual enrichment purposes and do not constitute psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, diagnosis, or a therapeutic relationship.
